Welcome to the team, Greg Justice, Jr.!

We are thrilled to welcome Greg Justice Jr. to Advantage’s SIU team! Bringing over 25 years of valuable investigative expertise, his career journey is as diverse as it is impressive.

While in Business Development and Sales at Insurtech, he expertly navigated the intersection between industry trends and insurance, fostering innovation and growth. As a seasoned SIU Claims Director, Greg demonstrated his proficiency in managing and overseeing investigations to combat insurance fraud, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. He also has experience in SIU catastrophes, corporate compliance and audits, auto damage, and served 5 years in Law Enforcement in Maryland.

Kate joins the Advantage team as our Human Resources Coordinator. She spent the fall semester interning with our team to learn more about the industry and found her true passion. David brings an impressive background, with nearly 20 years of experience at GEICO Insurance, managing 1st and 3rd party liability claims and specializing in SIU. Over the last decade, David has focused on managing SIU operations, sharpening his leadership and strategic expertise. His dedication to the field is further evidenced by his role as a Director on the IASIU Board of Directors and his professional designations as a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI) and Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA).

With over 24 years of experience in the industry, Greg brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and passion for fraud investigations. His professional journey began as an Investigator for the State of Florida, Division of Consumer Fraud. During this time, Greg was commissioned as an Agent for the U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission for North Florida. He earned his B.S. in Criminology from Florida State University and completed an internship at the State Attorney’s Office 2nd Judicial Circuit for the State of Florida, Office of Investigations. We are excited to have him as part of the Advantage family!

Fun Fact: Greg enjoys playing golf, surfing, training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and spending time with family.
