Advantage is now an official partner with the Army National Guard for the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program. We are proud to show our support for the Military community and take part in investing in our people. In honor of our partnership with the Army, we hosted a signing ceremony in our Kannapolis office to become a proud member of the U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program.

Join us in giving a warm welcome to Jul-Anna Lee! She joins the Account Management team as our Senior Account Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in the investigations industry.

Jul-Anna is well-versed in managing worker’s compensation, general liability, and auto claims. She has managed operations, account management, and SIU teams with outstanding results. She has provided excellent service and been integral in key client growth. Jul-Anna graduated Texas A&M-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and is excited to join the Advantage Team.
